Recently, the 6th National College Student Knowledge and Skills Contest (region III) on Human Resource Management was held at Leshan Normal University. The team from the School of Public Administration of SWUFE won the second prize.
44 teams from 43 colleges and universities in Guizhou, Yunnan, Sichuan, and Chongqing participated in the contest. The contest was divided into four groups, and contestants conduct on-site competitions through operating software.
Professor Zhang Qun from the School of Public Administration of SWUFE attended the event as the Vice President and Chief Referee of the College Student Knowledge and Skills Contest Council of the Human Resources Development Research Association in China, and she delivered speeches at both the opening and closing ceremonies.
At the opening ceremony, Professor Zhang Qun delivered a speech named "New Era, New Journey, New Deeds". She talked about the development trend of human resource management with the enhancement of human capital value as the core. As human capital, it refers to the sum of individual knowledge, skills and experience. This contest is in line with the connotation and requirements of human capital. During the competition, Professor Zhang Qun attended the Human Resource Management Practice Teaching Summit Forum. At the forum, academic sharing and exchanges related to human resource management teaching practice was conducted among teachers, students, entrepreneurs and company managers for the purpose of promoting the development and exploring new paths for construction of human resource management.
The atmosphere of the whole competition was terrific and orderly, fully reflecting the good spirit of the contestants. In this contest, the team of the School of Public Administration from SWUFE won the second prize.
At the closing ceremony, Professor Zhang Qun expressed her gratitude to all the staff and wished the team good luck in the finals. By far, the competition of region III and summit forum of the 6th National College Student Knowledge and Skills Competition on Human Resource Management have successfully come to an end.
