On the morning of March 31, SWUFE held the Spring Job Fair for Graduates of 2023 in the gymnasium of Liulin Campus to promote employment in the key spring recruitment period. Li Yongqiang (Vice President of SWUFE) visited the fair venue to communicate with the employers, teachers, and students, identify the recruitment needs of the employers, listen to the employers for their opinions and suggestions on talent training of SWUFE, universality-enterprise-region cooperation, and other aspects, and encourage the students to participate in campus recruitment and find high-quality jobs actively.
The Job Fair attracted 212 employers from all over the country, covering sectors such as finance, education, manufacturing, construction, leasing and business services, public administration, social security, and social organizations, providing more than 2,300 positions in operation management, marketing, finance, human resource management, computer, and internet for more than 12,300 vacancies. There are 73 state-owned enterprises, 55 listed companies, and 46 World Top 500 enterprises. Some of the enterprises present include China Construction Bank, GF Securities, Taiping Life Insurance, Xiamen International Trade, Tebian Electric Apparatus, AVIC Chengdu Aircraft, Changan Auto, Power Construction Corporation of China, Tongwei, etc. Group participants include the Organization Department of Yibin Municipal Committee, Ningde Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Xiamen Talent Group, etc.
Since the commencement of the spring semester of 2023, SWUFE has convened the “four-ring linkage” working conference of enrollment, training, employment, and alumni to have a special study and arrangement on the employment of graduates in 2023 and has carried out a special action of visiting enterprises for more jobs and promoting employment at the university and school levels. It had held more than 150 offline special job fairs, 8 government-organized job fairs, and 3 small- and medium-sized fairs on Fridays to provide graduates with adequate employment positions and opportunities and enable the graduates of 2023 to be fully employed at a high quality in the key period of spring recruitment.
