Introduction to the speaker:
ZHAO Ronghas been a teacher of Shanghai International Studies University for 20 years. She got a Ph. D. from Shanghai International Studies University in 2012. She serves as an associate professor of School of English Studies and School of Continuing Education and is amaster's supervisor of English Literature and Education, and the fourth third-level and the sixth second-level academic backbone of Shanghai International Studies University.
ZHAORong mainly teaches a language teaching method course and practical translation course for postgraduates of School of English Studies, as well as a senior interpretation course and a master's course design course for School of Continuing Education. She participated in many important projects such as the Shanghai Education Science Research Project in 2011 and the General Humanities and Social Sciences Project of the Ministry of Education in 2013. She presided over the key projects of the 13th Five-Year Plan of the National Committee of Language in 2016, and participated in the compilation of textbooks such as A Preliminary Course of Interpretation and A Companion to An IntermediateCourse of Interpretation. Her academic achievements has been published in many CSSCI core journals such as E-education Research, Computer-assisted Foreign Language Education, Modern Educational Technology and EducationDevelopment. And she published and read academic papers at international famous academic conferences such as Seoul, EUROCALL (Netherlands 2014), and her articles got published in WIT Transactions on Information and Communication Technologies and other important academic journals with international influence.
