On the International Children's Day of June 1st in 2021, Prof. Shi Daimin, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of SWUFE, visited the teachers and students in SWUFE affiliated kindergartens on behalf of the University and sent the best wishes to the children. Representatives from Labor union and SWUFE Logistics Service Company accompanied the visit.
When visiting the teachers and students of the kindergarten, Shi Daimin came to classrooms and outdoor activity sites, watched the wonderful performances of the children and talked with them. He also learned about the specific work of the kindergarten from its management team.
He pointed out that preschool education is the beginning of a lifelong learning before academic education, which would build the characters and lay a solid foundation for the children’s growth. The kindergartens should adhere to the theme of high-quality development and make continuous improvements so that high-quality preschool education services could be provided. When children are getting good education, their parents, namely the faculties and staffs at SWUFE, will be assured and focus on their job.
On the special occasion of Children’s Day, the visit by the university leadership has inspired all the staff at the kindergarten. It is believed that with concerted efforts from all the staff and teachers at the Kindergarten, the pre-school education at SWUFE affiliated kindergartens will reach a higher level, realising the full potentials of its children.
