Founded in 1996 and hosted by Stetson University College of Law in the United States, the Stetson International Environmental Moot Court Competition is one of the world’s most influential English-language moot court competitions in environmental law. The competition consists of regional qualifying rounds and an international final.

During preparation, The representative team of SWUFE conducted regular moot court training, engaged in in-depth analysis of the case’s key issues, and refined arguments through multiple rounds of internal critique. While competing in Korea, team members coordinated closely, continuously polished their speeches, and adjusted strategies based on real-time performance reviews—ultimately achieving excellent results through strong legal expertise and outstanding advocacy.

SWUFE has long emphasized the development of talent in foreign-related legal practice, integrating the concept of “learning through competition” throughout the educational process. By optimizing curriculum modules, forming expert coaching teams, building practical training platforms, and establishing dedicated funding support, the university provides systematic support for students participating in international competitions.

This achievement reflects SWUFE’s long-standing commitment to competition-based education and foreign-related legal training. It demonstrates the university’s dedication to serving major national strategies and cultivating high-level foreign-related legal professionals.
