On the afternoon of March 27, SWUFE held its 2026 Spring Career and Internship Fair at the Liulin Gymnasium. The fair brought together over 210 high-quality employers, including 50 Fortune Global 500 and China Top 500 companies, 68 state-owned and central state-owned enterprises, and 86 financial institutions. The event spanned a wide range of sectors, including government agencies, financial services, information technology, advanced manufacturing, and commerce, offering more than 6,400 job and internship opportunities and attracting over 3,000 students.
Chairman Zhao Jianjun, President Li Yongqiang, Deputy Chairman Ming Haifeng, and Vice Presidents Wang Qing and Gai Kaicheng attended the fair. They spoke with employers to learn about their recruitment needs and gathered feedback on the university’s academic programs and career services. The university leaders also talked with students about their job search progress and encouraged them to make the most of the spring recruitment season and plan their careers reasonably.
The fair featured an on-site career guidance zone, which included highlights such as an AI-powered career service area, a professional image booster station, a resume and interview workshop, and a study abroad consultation desk. Before the fair, some employers held discussions with relevant schools and institutes, followed by information sessions and interviews after the event.
This fair is part of SWUFE’s efforts to implement the Ministry of Education’s “Spring Action Plan to Boost Employment.” The university will continue to expand and improve employment services, strengthen employer engagement, and strive to help graduates achieve high-quality employment.
