On May 13, a delegation from Athens, Greece, visited our university. The delegation included Georgios Giannaros, Deputy Mayor of Athens, and Alexandros Modiano, Chairman of the East-West Cities Governance Institute and former Deputy Mayor of Athens. Vice President Gai Kaicheng met with the delegation.
Gai introduced SWUFE and expressed our commitment to deepening multi-level cooperation with universities in Athens, broadening areas of collaboration areas, and strengthening pragmatic engagement.
Georgios Giannaros and Alexandros Modiano noted that they are actively reaching out to relevant Greek government agencies and local universities to build lasting partnerships with SWUFE and serve as a bridge for academic exchange.
Representatives from the Chengdu Foreign Affairs Office and SWUFE faculties and administrative departments attended the meeting.
